How it works

Three steps to a clear answer.

No account, no credit check, no obligation. Roughly three minutes from start to report.
Step 1

Tell us about the lease

Year, make, model, mileage, and roughly when the lease ends. If you have your buyout price to hand, that sharpens the estimate, but it's optional.

Step 2

Answer a few condition questions

Quick yes-or-no questions about dings, scratches, curbed wheels, and tires. You can add photos if you want a closer read on likely wear charges.

Step 3

Get your estimated report

An estimated range for what returning would likely cost, how your buyout price compares to an estimated market value, and which of the four paths looks strongest for your situation.

What's in the report

What you get back

  • An estimated range for wear-and-tear charges, based on the condition details you give us.
  • An estimated mileage overage, projected to your end date at your contract's rate.
  • An estimated market value range for your car, compared against your buyout price.
  • A plain-English read on which of the four options looks strongest, and why.
  • The questions worth asking your lender before you commit to anything.
Where the numbers come from

How we build an estimate

  • Public information: typical contract terms, published fee structures, and commonly used wear standards.
  • Derived market data: what comparable cars of your year, model, and mileage tend to transact around.
  • Your own inputs: mileage, condition, end date, and buyout price if you have it.
  • We do not connect to your lender's systems, so we can't read your account or quote official figures.
Being straight with you

What we can't tell you

We'd rather set expectations properly than sound more certain than we are.

An exact final bill

Only your lender's inspection produces that. We produce a range we think it's likely to land in.

A guaranteed offer

An estimated value is not a purchase offer. A written offer from a dealer is the only real number.

Legal or tax advice

State rules on lease buyout tax vary. For anything binding, check with a professional.
